product sales, mentor alias per level. brownie_lmentor, daisy_lmentor,

I made the About Girl Scouts link go to the council page for parents. I
think the other links in this table need a bit of work. Some may be broken.
I don't think we should reference links at the council site below their
/parents subdir. We could put a note on our page encouraging readers to
look for things there, like FAQs, girl scout terms, etc. But if we link
to those things, the links will just break (again) over time.
