Note for Leaders: If the troop is working on the IP as a project

sheet can be duplicated and given to each girl, when the activity is
complete
the leader or other adult (e.g. parent, computer teacher etc.) signs
off
in the complete box, and dates the activity. Girl who miss any
activities
will then have a record of requirements they have completed. When they
have completed the additional activities necessary to earn the IP the
completed
form may be then handed in to the leader.
