Beach Camping
So we took off early on the Friday of the first weekend in June and headed for our favorite beach...Cape Hatteras
The weather was perfect, so after the liberal application of sunscreen, ...
... we spent the day playing in the waves and catching some rays.
When the sun became too much, we joined our leaders in the shade. The trip was a journey down memory lane, retelling stories of past beach camping trips as well as making new ones.
As the day came to an end, we said farewell.  We may not know what the future holds for us but we know that we have good friends and terrific memories to take with us!

That night at the campground we enjoyed a simple camp meal before heading out for ice cream. The next morning, it was back home to prepare for our high school graduation!
