Downloadable links to  my patrol worksheets are below.  Some of them are in MS word and some are in Excel - There are 2 files.  Troop Jobs(3) is based on 3 patrols of 4.   If there are 4 girls each girl would have a patrol position + a kaper at each  meeting.  The patrol would keep the same Kapers for 4 meetings and rotate them amongst themselves.  Then after 2 months they would be given the next set of kapers.  So each patrol member list is different even though they appear the
same at first glance.  You just have to make sure you don't use the same page  for more than one patrol.  I printed a complete set of sheets 3 times on 3 different colors of paper then placed them in a binder in order so that they are in a different order for each binder.  Troop Jobs(3.5) is based on 2 patrols of 5 and 1 patrol of 4.    My co-leaders and I feel that 4-5 is the optimum size for each patrol.

The second one is Troop Jobs (4) which is based on 4 patrols of 4 girls where each one has a leadership position + 3 of them have a kaper each week.  If you have 5 or  more girls more girls would not have a kaper in addition and  some would not have a leadership position everytime.

The excel file is all the other pages for the notebook.

The binder is set up with 4 dividers- open the binder and you see the list of  troop jobs with explanation.  First section is the patrol leaders where the patrol assignments are, second section is treasurer section.  Dues record and a  zippered pencil bag that goes in a notebook, Section 3 is attendance sheet,  Section 4 is Scout Buck Coordinator - Scout buck record sheet and trading card  page with scout bucks inserted in pockets ($1, $5, $10)
