Apple Crumb
3 Apples-peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
1 C. Rolled Oats
2/3 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Flour
6 T. Butter
1 t. Cinnamon
1/4 t. Salt
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Faranheit.
2. Lightly grease an 8" pan or pie plate.
3. Peel, core, and slice the apples. Arrange them in the pan.
4. In the bowl, blend butter, oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon,       and salt. (you might need a pastry blender)
5. Crumble the mixture evenly over the apple slices.
6. Bake for 35 minutes, or until the topping turns golden brown.
7. Serve with whipped cream and/or vanilla ice cream.
