- 4 English Muffins - 1 Jar of Pizza Sauce - 1 lb. Mozzerella Cheese -Toppings (if desired)

1. Slit Muffins 2. Spread on sauce and sprinkle on          cheese 3. Place in reflector oven and cook until the cheese melts--Check and turn as needed ALSO TRY: Using pita breads for a thinner crust, and add toppings as desired.
