He married twice. He married Isabel Baca in Isleta, New Mexico, March 13, 1731/32.⁽¹²¹³⁾ (Additional notes for Isabel Baca⁽¹²¹⁴⁾) Isabel died before June 3, 1764.⁽¹²¹⁵⁾ Isabel became the mother of Agustina Padilla August 28, 1734.⁽¹²¹⁶⁾ Isabel became the mother of Juan Domingo Padilla February 8, 1738/39.⁽¹²¹⁷⁾ Isabel became the mother of Francisca Padilla December 8, 1742.⁽¹²¹⁸⁾ Isabel became the mother of Agustina Lucía Padilla Doña December 5, 1744.⁽¹²¹⁹⁾ He married Isabel Baca in Isleta, New Mexico, March 13, 1731/32.⁽¹²²⁰⁾ (Additional notes for Isabel Baca⁽¹²²¹⁾)

At 22 years of age Francisco became the father of Agustina Padilla August 28, 1734.⁽¹²²²⁾ At 26 years of age Francisco became the father of Juan Domingo Padilla February 8, 1738/39.⁽¹²²³⁾ At 30 years of age Francisco became the father of Francisca Padilla December 8, 1742.⁽¹²²⁴⁾ At 32 years of age Francisco became the father of Agustina Lucía Padilla Doña December 5, 1744.⁽¹²²⁵⁾

Francisco Padilla Don and Isabel Baca had the following children:
