Renaissance Zone Information
As of January, 2001, the footprint of Building 50 was designated as a Renaissance Zone.  Renaissance Zone designation  means that a business or individual located within the RZ is not subject to Michigan taxes, mostly property taxes, but also the single business tax and personal property tax.

For more information, you may go to the website
www.renaissancezone.com and read the F.A.Q.'s.  In addition, you may want to use the tax credit calculator located at http://medc.michigan.org/calculators/taxes/.
