On the website for American Banned and Censored Books, Call of The Wild and Little Red Ridding Hood was banned. I really don't understand the reason for the books to be banned because they contain no disrupting information. I mean, I understand that All Quiet On The Western Front could be banned because it tells of all the real horrors of war but I don't understand why Little Red Riding Hood and Call of The Wild could be banned. Many people have said that these books were banned because it told of radicalist ideas. I understand that the nook was written in London and symbolizes the environment and the countries but such books like this one and Little Red Riding Hood should not have been banned. I don't understand.
