If a president was assassinated by a foreign assassin I would not blame the country for the death of the president because I believe that the actions a person does come from that exact person. Just like the World Trade Center Bombings, Osama Bin Laden and his terrorist group is responsible for the bombings not the country. There are some good people in Afghanistan and I don't believe that they should be punished for that action. I also would not blame the country from which the assassin came from because these wrongful acts are from the individual person and again not from the country.
