SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS |
- I created the nation of Germany, and I was the
Prussian prime minister from 1862 and eager promoter of Prussia as
leader within the German states. I also introduced a large-scale
program of health, accident, and old-age insurance. This program was
designed to bind the workers to the state and to draw them away from
socialist movements. I am a wonderful negotiator. I was the architect of German unification and the first chancellor of the United
Nations.
