I bet your neighbors Celica never looked like this! This Celica has all the right moves for the modern car freak. The yellow paint job, nice! Some better wheels would do more for this car, but the main body kit gives it a custom look. On the next set of pics, I will show you what I meen.

This is a great example of a factory Celica with add on ground effects. The front bumper and side skirts are painted white while the rest of the car is black. Here you can see how much of a modification getting a new rear bumper is. All the white stuff is new on the car. Spoiler, bumper, side skirts all look nice.
