Chuck Lee was a CIA agent who had allied himself with James Bond in the movie A View To A Kill. Lee was based in San Francisco and assisted bond by giving him information about Zorin. However, when Lee leaves the estate of Stacy Sutton (bond girl), he is strangled in his car by Mayday (henchman).
