Dario is the henchman of drug lord, Franz Sanchez in the movie Licence To Kill. Dario is present at the Barrelhead Bar when 007 and Pam Bouvier meet. Dario shoots Bouvier in the back as she runs for Bond's motorboat. However, she is wearing a bulletproof vest. Dario later in the movie informs Sanchez that Bond is not a friend, and puts bond on a conveyer belt leading towards a set of rotating blades. However, Bouvier comes just in time, shoots Dario and is knocked into the blades instead of Bond.
