Ernst Stavro Blofeld is the main villain in the movie Thunderball. He is first seen at the head of the meeting of S.P.E.C.T.R.E. agents. He called upon certain agents to report the money and operations they had been working on, and then he introduces No. 2 to explain his NATO project. He is later seen confirming that "stage 2 is complete" and orders Count Lippe to be executed for because of his choice of Angelo Palazzi to be Major Derval's double.
