Felix Leiter is an ally to Bond in the movie Diamonds Are Forever. Felix meets Bond at the airport where he and the corpse of Peter Franks arrive. Leiter checks the body for the diamonds and lets Bond go with the baddies to Slumber Inc. Leiter also aided Bond when he informed him that Q has arrived with the real diamonds. Leiter also arranged the event that involved Tiffany Case picking up the diamonds from the circus. He positioned over 30 agents around the circus, but Miss Case still escaped. Later Leiter told Bond that he lost Tiffany. After Bond steals a moon buggy from Willard Whyte's laboratory, Leiter makes sure he and Tiffany Case don't leave the room they are staying in under the name of Mr. and Mrs. Jones. Bond however uses a piton gun to get to the top penthouse of the Whyte House to visit Willard Whyte. Then you see Leiter working with Bond and Q to simulate the voice of Bert Saxby so they can find out some information. After that Leiter accompanies Bond the summerhouse of Willard Whyte. After that Leiter goes with Whyte to his laboratory for him to explain to them about the satellite. Leiter then helps destroy the oilrig that Blofeld controlled the satellite from, in conjunction with Willard Whyte and his associates.
