General Orlov is one of the villains in the movie Octopussy. Orlov is seen in the room of the Generals of the Soviet Union and tells the Generals that an invasion of Western Europe is still possible, but is totally shut off by General Alexis Gogol. Then you see Orlov talking to his jewel specialist who is duplicating some stolen jewelry from the Kremlin Art Repository. Orlov is next seen talking to Kamal Kahn making a decision to detonate a nuclear device inside an American air force base. Then Orlov meets Bond in the American air force base where the nuclear device is due to explode. However, Orlov gets away, but Bond remains and deactivates the nuclear device. After Orlov, Kahn and Gobinda leave the air base, they head for a train, Orlov however is shot down by the East German border police while trying to board his train. His last words were "Yes, but tomorrow I will be a hero of the Soviet Union.
