Kamran Shah is one of Bond's allies in the movie The Living Daylights. Bond freed Shah when he (Bond) escaped from the same prison in which Shah was. He (Shah) then led Bond to the sanctuary of the Mujahadin, the Afghan resistance. Shah and some other of his kind made a switch with General Georgi Koskov and his henchmen in an opium for diamonds deal. After the transaction, Bond went with the opium to the Soviet base and the Mujahadin followed to help him out. After the battle at the Soviet base, the Afghan resistance was chased across a bridge to a small town across from it where the Soviets were trying to attack them. When Bond noticed this, he soon after dropped a bomb on the bridge, which put a gap in it, making the bridge uncrossable. The last time Shah is seen is when he is late for attending the concert of Kara Milovy, Bond's newest girlfriend.
