Quarrel is one of Bond's allies in the movie Dr. No. Quarrel is a CIA agent working for Felix Leiter who poses as a Jamaican fisherman. Quarrel had been taking Commander John Strangways (002) to some of the islands such as Crab Key to do some mineral samples and fishing. When 002 died, Bond was sent out to investigate. He discovered Quarrel, Puss-Feller and Felix Leiter, a CIA agent, and employed their help in solving the mystery. Bond asks Quarrel to take him to Crab Key to do some searching, Quarrel is hesitant, but agrees, for fear of the "dragon" that roams the island. When Quarrel and Bond reach the island they decide to sleep until daylight, then when Bond and Quarrel wake up, they see a girl, Honey Rider, collecting seashells to sell in Miami. When the three get shot at and are warned that they are being followed, Honey leads the other two to find a safe place on the island. However, when it came close to nightfall, the tree see the legendary dragon, which is actually a tank with a flamethrower attached to it. When Bond and Quarrel start shooting at it, the tank fires a flame at the two, which kills Quarrel.
