Sharkey is one of Bond's allies in the movie Licence to Kill. Sharkey is in the wedding precession when Della and Felix get married. Bond then employs the help of Sharkey to find out who killed Della, and tortured Felix. When Bond and Sharkey get closer to their target, the bad guys start to notice. When Bond is on the Wavekrest, he sees Sharkey's boat being driven by some of Sanchez's men, with Sharkey hanging by his hands like a large fish on a hook.
