Victor 'Renard' Zokas is one of the villains in the movie The World is Not Enough. Renard is first shown when he is at the facility where Bond goes when he is impersonating a Russian scientist. Renard gets away with a nuclear bomb, and blows up the facility where he stole it. After this, Renard appears at Elektra's lair, and shows her the weapons gray plutonium he stole. Then there is a sensual scene where Renard and Elektra are in bed. A while after this, Renard is shown boarding a submarine and killing it's crew with poisoned food. After disposing with the bodies, Renard sets off with Dr. Jones and the weapons gray plutonium. When Bond finally gets aboard and gets Dr. Jones, they go to find Renard in the reactor core, trying to blow up the sub. With some smarts and a little luck, Bond manages to shoot the plutonium out of the core, with pressurized helium; killing Renard, Bond and the Dr. then flee from the sub, leaving Renard in his large coffin.
