Whether you are from Australia, Asia, Africa, America or Europe, whether you are British, Gernman, Indian, American, Chinese, Japanese, Australian, or any other nationality from around the world -- or whether your family is a blend of nationalities and cultures, as so many of our families are -- I invite you to learn more about the GAA, the global educational and cultural exchange centre powered by the Spirit of Guangya, a prestigious college founded in 1888.

GAA offers a global interactive information and communication hub, enriched and modified by its Australian setting in a community of dozens of nationalities, something best experienced firsthand. As you search for the "right" people for contacts and information on education in the Asia Pacific Region, I encourage you to participate in the GAA activities both online and in real life.

The word Guangya means Universal and Prestigious. Although GAA is well-connected to the Guangya College, a prestigious college founded in 1888 in China, we focus our efforts on influencing the individual with the Guangya Spirit and on encouraging her or him for future success in their chosen field, regardless if the individual was previously educated in the college. If there is one description that distinguishes the approach we take to liaise with friends, supporters and partners, it is people-centered.

This website presents many facets of GAA -- its vision, programs, interests, people and current opportunities for talented individuals and potential friendship organisations, coupled with online activities, in which you may participate instantly. But the GAA's deepest character is expressed in the important relationships our people form with friendship organisations as they assist each other through the creative process of educational and cultural exchange. GAA people are committed, enthusiastic, and are constantly striving to become even better.

I hope that you will explore the world of the GAA further. Thank you for your interest.

Warm Regards,

James Young
