Herbology
Welcome class! I'm Professor Sprout's younger sister Professor Ayden Sprout. I'll be substituting for a bit while my dear sister tends to the pesky roses she loves so much that only bloom once every 53 years. The blossoms are as big as your head, dear child! I prefer to keep in touch with the smaller herbs, so that is what I will be teaching in this class.

Now, be sure to always have your ear muffs handy when we're dealing with mandrakes, and always do your homework on time, and this class will go quite smoothly. I'm sure all of you will give this your best effort and I'm proud of you already!
