Rooftop Snipe (Long Distance)

The guy that's just got a major brain surgery against his will is part of the fringe, government-backed, coercitive force known as "tha Yuta"(more info Click here).  From the angle in RB' AWP and the fact that he is on a rooftop (a low one) we can tell that this was a very long range shot.  As seen, the AWP Magnum shells are very highly effective...   The Yuta guy is packing an inconsecuential gun, probably an old 9mm FN...   The kid was  smoking pot or something and tha Yuta saw him.
