Street Snipe(Street Fighter?)

The shot hit this Yuta's shoulder, and removed it...  The guy was running away for some reason, but he's not very fast, frankly.  He dies because of the hemorrage 5 minutes later.  RB was aiming for the head, but its hard to get a clear shot at this bouncing sac of fat. This guy was the last remnant of a 6-man Yuta squad(Click here).  I dunno what his gun is, but surely nothing worth of notice.
