God's Children

Watch the little children play,
Full of happiness and joy.
They all believe that life is wonderful,
Each little girl and boy.

Laughing and jumping
And playing around.
Enjoying all the good things
In which life abounds.

Adults tend to dwell
On the problems they find,
Many of which
Are all in their minds.

But in God's family
We're all children of His,
And when we believe
His promise is this,

He will take from us
All the things which inhibit
Our full enjoyment
Of the life which He giveth.

So if your life is full
Of fear and trouble,
Give it to the Lord
So your joy in life can double.

"Jesus loves the little children, all the children of the world.  That was a song we used to sing in Sunday school over 20 years ago.   But its truth remains the same today as it did then.  Jesus loves all the children of the world, and we are all of God's children.  Every single one of us.  We were all born into God's family.   And God loves his children just as every parent loves their children.   He would do anything for us, just as any parent would.   He gave His life through His Son Jesus for us, just as any parent would give their life for their children.   That is how important we are to Him.  Take all your love for your spouse, children, family and your loved ones and multiply that by a thousand times, and you will get a glimpse of the depth of His love for us.  We are His children, and He loves us."
