                                    | Man is looking for the answer
But from the very start,
He can't seem to grasp it
In his head or in his heart.

For some it's a warm puppy
 Or a homemade apple pie.
For others it's "never having to say your sorry"
Or giving "living together" a try.

 No wonder we've become confused
As we ponder what true love is;
Is it a decision, or just a feeling?
Let's see what answer the Bible gives.

When Paul wrote to the Corinthians
He also wrote to us today
He said love is patient and kind
And doesn't have to have it's own way.

Yes, true love is not jealous
Does not brag or become puffed up
It bears all things, hopes all things and
Endures all things when the going's rough.

True love is not just a fuzzy feeling
Based on emotions that can fade.
It is a conscious, unselfish, decision
 That we must daily make.

 | | | "So often we forget that it's the little things that count the
most.   Many think that love is a feeling, an emotion; but it is more than that.
It is giving ourselves unselfishly to another.   It is being there for someone
when they really need someone to care.   It is a look, a touch, a smile....amidst a frown,
despair and heartache.   It is patient, kind, unselfish, enduring....it doesn't provoke,
or demand it's own way.   It doesn't hold grudges amidst heartache.   But
it hopes, trusts, perseveres, believes, and above all.....it never fails.   So when someone
asks "What is love?", you'll know what to say." Another beautiful poem by Janey!   What a gift she has to share such beauty and
			  spirit.
