WELCOME TO THE HOME PAGE OF THE ![]() I originally started this Guide and Girl Scout webring as a reaction to the "marriage" of Yahoo and Webring - like the marriages of so many successful personalities, it seemed to me to be doomed from the start. Although the current incarnation of Webring flounders on I am still not overly happy with it and find Bravenet much easier to work with. I realise that there are MANY excellent GG/GS rings out
there and perhaps I'm being overly pessimistic, but if you have a Guides
or Girl Scouts site and would like to join a user-friendly ring away from
all the problems other rings are experiencing, start the process by clicking
on the button below : ![]() You will be taken to the "join" form which is very simple
to fill out; when you have completed that and clicked the "submit" button,
you will then get a five-figure ID - don't panic if you haven't a pen
and paper handy, you'll also get an email with the number. Click on Site
Ring Panel Code at the bottom of the page and follow the (very clear)
instructions on that page and when you have finished, please email
me and let me know. Bravenet will let me know as soon as you submit,
but I appreciate that not everyone has the time to put the link up straight
away so it would be very helpful if I knew when to check and link you
in.
Choose your logo from this selection If you would like a look for your ring link which ties
in with the theme of your site, you can choose one of these buttons and
replace the default (Brownie, Guide & Girl Scout) design. Simply substitute
the name of your chosen design (below the picture) for the default IMG
SRC=
I hope there is somewthing there to please everyone
- if not, drop me an email
and I'll see what I can do. |
