Here's the scoop on virtual camp so far...
Friday 14th July...9.00pm EST, 7.00pm MST
- pre-camp chat for Canadian and US Guiders...sorry UK Guiders, I couldn't fit it in any other way while you're awake!!
Saturday 15th July-3.00pm EST, 1.00pm MST,  8.00pm GMT (UK)
-All campers on site (Chat room!)
Sunday 16th July- 3.00pm EST, 1.00pm MST , 8.00pm GMT (UK)

Please be prepared to exchange craft and game ideas with your fellow campers!
 

I suggest that everyone sends one crest and one swap for each member of their patrol

We'll charge $5.00  to Canadian members for postage,   $4.00 USD to  American members and Two
pounds fifty pence to UK members.  All money and crests  will be collected by Jane (Olleeowl) and she will distribute them.   The last date to sign up for the camp is JUNE 24th.

UPDATE

Having chatted more about camp today, we have decided NOT to ask everyone to actually make a swap or craft to exchange with their fellow campers. Instead, we are asking you to type out an idea for a craft or swap and forward it to me with your crests/patches and money for postage. I will desk-top publish them all, have them bound into a book, and forward a copy to every signed-up camper (at the    moment that's 25 of us!)

So...this is what you'll need to do....wait until I publish the FINAL patrol lists, which will be on the morning of Monday 25th June. Send a patch/crest to me for each member of your patrol, excluding yourself of course, together with the craft/swap idea typed on a piece of paper so I can photocopy it. Also send CDN$5.00, US$4.00 or 2.50(UK) to cover postage back to you. I will either e-mail or IM you my mailing address for you to send your things to.. I would like to aim to have everyone's money/crests etc by Monday 10th July. Obviously you will not receive your things prior to camp, but I will mail them out to you all as soon afterwards as possible.

The patrols are a little bit lop-sided at the moment, we could do with some more UK members in Treasure Island and Rainbow Island, and more members from anywhere for both of those and Fantasy Island..we want to make sure that all campers get a varied selection of crests from around the world!

If you still feel you would like to exchange actual swaps, please arrange to do this within your own patrol...I will not be responsible for mailing these out...that's up to you and your patrol members to decide!
