The Ultimate Sculpture
I had a dream of the ultimate sculpture
one no one could ever match.
The lines so clearly cut, so clean, the mold
so perfectly chosen
Such a masterpiece! Such a perfect work of art,
The ultimate sculpture!
The design was to be perfect, though a
variation of one so many times done
But mine was to be perfect and without flaw
the best ever made!
My tool I chose carefully, I waited until
the time was right
I took the razor in one hand's firm grasp
and made the very first cut
Across the first I made another,
this one deeper, or so I hoped
Lines upon lines, my sculpture came to life
vibrant and red
And then it was over, only time could do the rest
time would finish this work of art
My own sweet variation, I had used my own wet, red blood
The ultimate sculpture
Pale white flesh bathed in rich red blood
My sculpture was to be perfect and without flaw
The best ever made
