Long before South Park, Trey Parker made a low budget college film. As the title suggests, this is indeed a musical about a cannibal, Alferd Packer to be exact, the only person in the US to ever actually be convicted of cannibalism. But he didn't mean it, really! Packer gets stuck leading a mining expedition from Utah to the Colorado Territory and after many mishaps and a whole lot of wacky musical numbers, they wind up starving in a snowstorm. You can probably guess what winds up happening, but it's not quite exactly what you might be expecting. You can see where the South Park humor evolved from in this film.
