Nik began playing keyboards for the Fairfield University based "Moses and The Pharoahs" in the late Seventies. Upon returning to the Greater Springfield area, he formed "The Art Kritics", which released the critically acclaimed album "Duck and Cover" in 1986. After the demise of the Art Kritics in the early 90's, he was called upon to assemble a band to perform at "Laughs For Wishes", a concert/comedy show to benefit the Make A Wish Foundation of Western Massachusetts. That band became GUMHEAD. |
