High Effect Hover Jets: Allows the suit to hover over water, and can operate indefinitely as long as the Mobile Suit stays above the water. If forced into the water, the Mobile Suit must walk along the bottom to dry land, and its Hover Jets become unusable until repaired.
Afterburners: Increases the Mobiles Suit’s Hover speed by 100 km/h and accelerates the Mobile Suit at 1.32 G. The Mobile Suit also receives a +2 Dodge, +1 Leap Dodge, and can remain airborne for 1 extra Melee. Afterburners have limited fuel, and can provide 3 bursts that last for 4 Melees. Afterburners don't work in space, since they require air from the Mobile Suit's air intakes.

Background: The second custom-made mobile suit for Zeon ace pilot Lt. Malcom Frost, was the MS-06Xc Blitzkrieg Zaku Frost Custom. The commander's version of the MS-06Xb Blitzkrieg Zaku was able to mount two MS-07B-3 Gouf Custom Gattling Shields, the same weapon that Lt. Frost used on his MS-06S Zaku II Frost Custom. It also featured increased combat capabilities. It is with this suit that Lt. Frost would lead his Blizzard Team against the Federation’s Tsunami Team search and destroy unit. This unit quickly became one of Frost's favorites, and was used on several raids of Federation installations.
