To
use the system you must have a Newtype level of 6 or higher.
All Ranged Attacks
All
ranged attacks may be performed with the following types of weapons wire guided
weapons, bits and funnels.
To perform an all ranged attack you must.
Take a turn to send the weapons after the target. When using multiple you may send them after separate targets at the same time and/or hold some in reserve. You may not perform any other actions this turn.
If
the target is in mid range or further you must wait additional turns before
the weapons reach them.
short

range = 1
long
range = 2
assault
range = 3
During
these turns you may perform other actions during these turns as the weapons
travel.
Note: wire guided weapons may not perform an all ranged attack on targets further than those in short range.
Attack. Use only your Psycommu Newtype level strike bonus and add an additional +1 strike for every funnel or bit or +2 for every wire-guided weapon. It is possible to attack separate targets at the same time. You may not perform any other actions this turn. (Distance strike penalties are measured from the weapon performing the all ranged attack to the target, and not from the mobile unit to the target.)
You may recall your weapons back to your mobile unit or perform another all ranged attack. If you choose to recall your weapons you may perform another action this turn.
Note:
funnels have a limited deployment time and must return frequently to recharge.
They all require 1 minute recharge time before they may be used again.
If
attacked these weapons all have a leap dodge equal to your Newtype level +4.
When hit the save VS beam only has to be rolled once and does not have to roll for each remote weapon that hit.
All
ranged attacks strike the main body when attacking vehicles, and mobile suits.
If
attacking mobile armour or large vehicles (battleships) you may select the
section you wish to hit with no strike penalty.
