Gundam Beyond 3 Government The government of a faction is integral to its success, without leaders making decisions, the faction would simply not run efficiently. The job of the faction leader include.. Maintaining Faction Order Ordering Military Operations Research and Construction Managing Expenses & Profit Faction Convoy Management Maintaining Military Installation Maintaining faction infra-structure This is a lot of work for just one person, so the faction leader can assign some of these tasks to specific persons in his faction. Some other positions that are availible include... Vice-President - The faction's second in command. Military Commander - Orders Military Ops, Maintains Order, Maintains Military installations. Minister of Science - Manages research and weapons design Minister of Transportation - Manages convoys and logistical movements. Minister of Finance - Manages Expensesa & Profit Minister of Construction - Manages new construction ops and maintains faction infrastructure. Minister of Energy - Manages the energy needs of the faction - including supplies of Helium-3, Power Plants and minerals. Also manages mining operations. The role of these government officials is to allow the government to run more efficiently by minimizing the burden held by the faction leader. The other role of all these people is to report directly to the faction leader, because ultimately, he has the final word on matters.
