Aircraft Files

AvHistory There are only 2 types of aircraft authorized in the 160th, 1) those that are initially installed from your CFS2 CD (these are most commonly referred to as stock aircraft), and 2) aircraft from this web site (these are most commonly referred to as 1% aircraft.

PACCOM Missions

CGC-BBI_v1 Japanese war ships are moving South from the coast of Japan. Naval intelligence expects them to be arriving in the Babuyan Islands area soon. The Lexington and your AI crew are on station approximately 124 NM from the suspected area. Fly the way points, remain alive, and report all that you see. Any weapon you destroy will be removed from the map in preparation of the next sortie.

Unlike most CFS missions there is NO WARPING. Sorry guys!

Utility Files

CFS2 Authenicate (852K) I haven't used this yet, but I think it will become a mandatory download to insure everyone is using authorized aircraft.

CFS2 ADF Map (68K) Shows ADF positions in CFS2. You will need a working ADF onboard your aircraft in order for this utility to work.

CFS2 NO CD (81K) Use at your own risk.

DPSWAP (15K) Allows you to change sides in multiplayer. Works with CFS1 and CFS2.

Gunsight Swapper v2 (504K) Allows you to change your gunsight in CFS and CFS2.

MPSU_DL (28K) Multiplayer utility. Works with CFS1 and CFS2.

 

RealityX (49K) This is a must for 1% aircraft, and to maintain the spirit of realism within the CFC. Unzip into you root folder of CFS2. It will install Realityx.dll. If you don't like the performance of aircraft then delete it or rename it.

 

Times2 (20K) As long as you can read your computers time you will never miss another scheduled flight.

Scenery Files

CFSIIEurope (5.5 MB) 55 fields.All fields with CFS1 NDB's. Adds most of CFS1 fields to Germany-France-Belguim-Netherlands-Austra-Switzerland. Also adds 7th NJG fields.Also adds roads, highways, rail lines to all of France- Spain-Portugal-Germany-Austria-Switzerland-Denmark-Italy. Roads etc. all track to elevations. Pacific Far East Scenery (3 MB) Adds approx 244 more fields in the Pacific area. Covers Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Nothern Malaysia, Northen Indonesia, Tawain, Brunei, Philippines. CFSII Ryukyu Island Chain(7544K) Okinawa included),Iwo Jima, Chichi Jima, Minamidaito Islands Scenery. Fuel and ADF at each field. Adds total of 13 more fields to CFSII in area NE of the Phillipines to cover area to edge of Japanese Home Islands. See ADF.txt file for listing. High FPS rate maintained. By Steve McClelland.
