Sailor Pluto is one of the strongest sailor scouts of the inners and outers. She is the guardian of The Gate of Time. With her she holds her staf. Her strongest power consists of being able to stop time, but along with this advantage comes a dissapointing fate, if she stops time she will ultimatley destroy herself. Although she does this in one of the episodes, she is able to be saved, i think it was by Serena, but my memory is a little foggy.
