Tom was one of those people who you could always count on for a friendly hello, or a good conversation if you needed it. Unfortunately, I never realized exactly how important my friendship with Tom was until now. I wasn't one of his closest friends, and I don't even know if he considered us good friends. But I considered him to be somewhat of an anchor in my everyday life. He was a person who I knew for the last few years, and someone who I saw quite frequently. Because of that, he brought a sense of familiarity to school, even when everything else was changing. I'd always walk by him, and yell out, "How 'bout those Mets?" Thomas Charles Ehrhart was a person who I could always count on, whether it was for a simple hi, or an important discussion.
I'll miss you Tom.
