Mission 20: Recht, The Arrow of Judgment

Endo Seiji kills five students at Takahashi University and then shoots himself. Ken and Yohji discuss Schreient at the flower shop. Aya is thinking about something and over waters a plant. Omi is about to go home from school when a fellow student, Hazuki Midori, asks for a ride to the courthouse where her father is waiting. Her father asks if Omi is her boyfriends and then insists that he come watch a trial with him. The defendant, Okubo Yoshinobu, threatens to kill Midori. One of the key witnesses in the trial is brought to the stand in a wheelchair. The defense lawyer applies his psychic powers to confuse her and causes her to collapse. Mr. Hazuki invites Omi to go drinking with him after the trail and falls asleep. Midori apologizes for her father's behavior and asks Omi to hang out with them again at an amusement park. Omi researches the Lawyers, Kinugawa, and finds out that he had gotten Okubo off before. Omi goes to meet him. He sneaks into the document room and is found. Omi is attacked but Kinugawa calls off the guards when he notices that Omi is more capable than he appears. Kinugawa leads Omi to his private room. He confuses Omi and justifies himself using twisted logic. The SS executives contact Kinugawa. Okubo is found not guilty after the prime witness dies of a heart attack and key evidence is lost. The flower shop is closed and Omi questions if what they're doing is right. Midori helps her father home and they're attacked by Okubo. Mr. Hazuki is killed and Midori injured. Weiss is given a mission to target Okubo and Kinugawa. Weiss attacks Kinugawa and he offers his services to Omi. Omi kills Kinugawa. Midori wakes up and sees the flowers Omi left for her.
