I departed PAFA with 500lbs of freight holding the 30° radial towards PFYU VOR. WX was nice the length of the trip. Landed at PFYU with no troubles other than I was a little low on initial approach. Dropped off 500lbs of the Demenitff's belongings at Yukon and picked up 600lbs of lumber and X-Mas stuff for the next stop. Departed Yukon for Venetie on a 288° outbound radial from the FUY VOR and held that for 38 miles until I found strip. Landed at Venetie and unloaded the freight, which nobody was around to pickup. Hope it’s still ok. Had the good opportunity to meet and talk with Grandma Mukatat. Yup, she can talk. Even over a Beech 18 twin. Departed for Beaver and with not too much around WBQ to navigate to, I used the DME off of FYU and held a heading of 185° until I found the airport. By the time we got all the cargo unloaded and the pax squared away I was ready to fly for de casa. So, we departed Beaver and made a quick flight back to PAFA. The sun was going down (so to speak) and I had a nice landing at Fairbanks.
