aA Tribal Experience Through
Celebration, Ceremony and Carnage
The 2001 marching program will begin with a powerful fanfare, introducing the 2001 version of the Marching Vanguard! Next comes an upbeat Celebration, including Tribal dance and ritual. The band and guard portray a celebration of the joining of two tribes through the marriage of two former rivals.
This ends as the new bride is killed by unknown assassigns, later found to be tribesmen of the rival tribe. The Ceremony is represented through our slow piece and touches the hearts of both triibes as they mourn their loss. As the assassigns are uncovered and identities revealed the bitter feud resumes when the two tribes prepare for battle. The Conclusion ends the show with Carnage and tribal warfare. The finale will be fast and furious as the tribes battle it out through raw brass power, woodwind runs, powerful percussion, and incredible guard work. Sit back and enjoy the ride! |
