Now onto business first with the positive and followed up of course by the negative.

I have been proclaimed as the Harpy of the domain. With this I shall be INFLUENTIAL amongst the Camarilla.

I have given a Trivial Boon from myself to the Keeper of Jacksonville Mr. Boris Nuryev for a piece of artwork. The boon will be negated if Mr. Nuryev decides he wishes the piece of work for study. If this is done the artwork will be promptly returned to myself with no other debts.

Clan Gangrel wishes that the domain know they find Mr. Montclair TRUSTWORTHY in Their eyes upon word of Ms. Sara Crawford. Prestige is not a matter forthe domain Harpy, but as a courtesy I will be glad to include it in future harpy reports.

Sadly on to the Negative business.

A matter of Boons was my first official business last night. I must say that I was less then pleased with this matter. I shall not go into detail regarding this situation, but I wish all to know from this point forward all boons of official nature MUST BE LOGGED with my office immediately! Both parties will present themselves to me stating the style of the Boon(s), the reason and if both parties agree. Status will play in all matters of Boons. If you don’t have the status to back the level of boon, then you cannot owe it and other avenues will be explored (especially if it is in repayment for scandalous actions or harm was caused). I will state upfront, all incidents of Boons will be subject case by case in manners of disagreements.

At this time Mr. Damien Montclair of House and Clan Tremere owes a MAJOR BOON to Mr. Damien Fairchild of Clan Brujah. This matter is NOT between Clans Tremere and Brujah, ONLY between Mr. Montclair and Mr. Fairchild. The terms of what Mr. Fairchild will ask in exchange for the boon will be subject to the Regent and myself in order to make sure it follows the stipulations agreed upon.

There was a matter of the BSD symbol once again upon Elysium. I have beeninformed that this Garou has followed a Kindred to the Elysium. I find this to be a grievous matter. For the safety of all those on Elysium DO NOT come to the sacred halls if you know you are being followed. This endangers us all and is EXTREMELY SCANDALOUS in the eyes of the Harpy. Those involved (and you know who you are) contact me immediately.

A few matters of warnings. The Prince has decreed REPEATEDLY that there will be NO violence, NO weapons, and NO bloodshed on Elysium grounds. Elysium is to be a safe environment for all in attendance. Weapons being drawn including those that are kindred in nature, loss of self-control while upon Elysium and any other such violence is scandalous. Learn to control yourselves for the safety of us all.
