To those of us who were not old enough, it is difficult to impugn someone for not serving in Viet Nam. It was a stupid war. However, GW Bush wants everyone to believe he did not go because it had always been his dream to fly an F-102 over Texas and was just plain lucky to have gotten to the head of the long line of escape afforded by the National Guard. What ever happened to conviction and integrity of speech? In terms of Gaseous Wind Bush, it seems to have been lost somewhere over the yellow skies of Texas. It pays to be wealthy and have a father who is a well connected senator. |

These two dullards give new dimension to the idea, "incompetence". These nincompoops whirl the viewer through a series of
embarassing madcap faux paux. But are they acting??? Ted Johnson, New York Times Weekender These dimwits take you on a rollercoaster of emotions. I laughed, I cried, I was shocked by the blinding idiocy! That our political system is capable of hosting two such total baffoons provides a stunning indictment of contemporary society and the GOP's standard of quality. Perhaps this film is not funny at all...What's next? Chenowith and Henry Hyde in a remake of "War of the Roses"? Stephanie JoHansen, Boston Globe Entertainment |
