 Dubya Inc. recieved huge bundles of cash from oil endeavors and it wasn't because of his frequent use of "warm" nicknames. As Texas gov. Dubya demonstrated he was willing to do whatever it took to change the legislative climate to enable oil companies to become even wealthier.  Dubya Inc. insists we need to deploy a missle shield to protect ourselves and our allies from hostilites. What Dubya Inc. doesn't bother to address is the state of the technology which is far from providing an effective system.
