 Dubya insisted he is "everybody's president, trying to make this a better place for all Americans". Gas prices are rising, there is no shortage and oil companies are clocking the greatest profits ever. Instead of trying to curb the price gouging, Dubya Inc. is rewarding the oil companies with favors for helping to install him in office.
