Dubya is big on symbols and rhetoric. While funding aids research is virtuous, he is still much larger on rhetoric. Dubya calls himself a "compassionate conservative" and "inclusive uniter" yet he sought to deny the ballots of minority voters in Florida, cannot define affirmative action yet doesn't support it, is a foe of minimum wage, was in charge of a system which disproportionately executes minority convicts.... courtesy of Ajc Chadsux.com
