The original Planet of the Apes is Charlton Heston at his most brilliant. While it may at times wear its intentions on its sleeve, the movie is a sharp anti-communist/anti hippie allegory, a cautionary tale of what would happen if Old Glory, and ultimately the world, were to fall under the big toe of the Red Menace. When the movie begins, we see man at his apex, engaging in interstellar travel, forging through space with true Capitalist zeal. Heston's character is not sorry to be far from the earth, away from its inhabitants, who clearly sicken him. This no doubt mirrors feelings Charlton had for the left side of the political spectrum in 1968. The spaceship crash lands, and we are quickly introduced into a three-tiered pinko society: the orangatans, or the ruling class, which could be looked at as the old guard of the movement (as "communists" and "hippie" are superfluous in Heston's mind) People like Karl Marx, Lenin, Mao, Timothy Leary, Hubert Humphrey. The gorrillas, (or should I spell it guerillas?) are your militants, your revolutionaries. Che Guevera, Abbie Hoffman, Huey P. Newton, all represented by this order. last we have the chimps, the closest in demeanor to humans, although still appearing totally ape. The poseurs of the Planet of the Apes, if you will. Represented by this group are Jane Fonda, Yoko Ono, Bill Walton, each one dispicable for not even having conviction enough to go all way with their twisted commie leanings. Heston, a throat wound rendering him speechless, represents the everyman. Joe Six Pack, who has had his voice silenced by the yahoos covered in hair. He is repulsed by the way his fellow humans are living, like animals, or as the reds say, "communally". Finally,when the apes dare to turn Mr. Middle America's own water cannon back on him and rough up his woman, do we see him break free of their bonds and try to get the hell home in time to smoke an obscenely large cigar, eat a steak, shoot things for awhile, and then give it to his woman good. But what does he find, instead of his house? The Statue of Liberty, half buried in the sand. "You did it, you finally did it!" Heston screamed, meaning of course Joe Namath and his pinko muttonchops let the red army in through the back door.

Viewpoint: Bush is a traitor
I think that George Bush is a traitor to the true principles of the right: he actually tries
to compromise with the liberal whores!
Rush Limbaugh and all of his ilk don't go nearly far enough: they think it's enough to just
make fun of the baby-killer liberals and call them cutesy names. Well, folks, we can laugh at the all we
want, but THEY'RE STILL THERE!
Still they're corrupting our youth, forcing homosexuality and secular humanism into their
minds. Still they're stealing our hard-earned money and wasting it on the poor. The poor are
poor because they deserve to be: if they would get jobs like the rest of us, they wouldn't
need handouts. They want us to take money away from our precious armed forces, probably so
their socialist friends in the UN will have an easier time establishing their New World Order.
This is high treason at its worst, and what are Bush, Cheney, Lott, Delay, Ashcroft, Limbaugh, ANY of them, doing to stop it? Nothing! it's time we take our leaders to task: the liberal menace must stop now.
When they had the chance before the traitor Jeffords defected, Congress should have outlawed the Democratic Party. Then they could have set up a Congressional tribunal to investigate every liberal bastard who has ever set foot in Washington. Crimes against the United States should be punished with death, and Clinton (both of them) should have been the first ones hanged on the steps of the Capitol, follwed by Ted Kennedy, Barney Fag, and Con-DID-it.
Bush, and the GOP leaders too should be investigated: why have they not done their duty to God and our country and ended the liberal corruption of our people? Could it be that they are secretly liberals themselves? I hope not, but if so the most severe of punishments should await them.
Eventually, once every Democrat is either dead or in jail (there are some that could be saved and brought into the conservative fold) we can finally stop all this "compromise" bullshit and commence the agenda God has commanded us:
Prayer in schools: our youngsters need the guidance of Jesus Christ in their lives. Every child, regardless of what pagan cult they practice at home, must be exposed to the saving truth of the Gospel.
Death to the fag: the sodomites have gone too far. Homosexuality must be made illegal. If any dares to violate the natural law and commmit this abomination before the Lord, they should be sentenced to the death they deserve.
End to the welfare state: We must do away with Social Security, Welfare, and all these other socialist programs the liberals have forced upon us, taking money from those who earned it and redistributing to the poor. The poor should work for a living, like the rest of us decent Americans. If they don't, they deserve to be homeless and starve. The world would be better off without them, anyway.
That's just the beginning of what we can achieve if we stop letting the boneless conservatism of Bush and Limbaugh cloud our minds from the true task. If the liberals are allowed to continue, this great nation of ours--America the beautiful, land of the free, home of the brave--will become a communist totalitarian state where Our Lord will constantly be blasphemed, where Christians will live in fear of their lives, where our children will be forced to commit sodomy.
Is THAT what you want, Americans? Then let's stop them before it's too late! Round up the liberal swine and give them the just God-ordained punishment they deserve!

That does not matter. As long as a party represents the business community (us), the others
are represented automatically. By suggesting that classes have different interests is class
warfare. Just take care of business leaders who actually work, and the sweaty janitors and

poor is obviously collectivism, taxing the middle class to give to investors like ourselves
will be good for them, because it will give them incentive to be wealthy.
