1881 -- A lamplighter brushes the scenery on the stage of Vienna's Ring Theater, starting a fire & stampede that kills 850, Austria. God's wraith for the cesspool of immorality that is entertainment.

1919 -- Jailed at Ellis Island on the 5th, anarchist aliens Emma Goldman & Alexander Berkman appear in federal court before Judge Julius M. Mayer, who declares that as non-Americans, they have no constitutional rights. They remain in detention at Ellis Island.

1927 -- British Premier presented with 128,770 signatures of persons refusing war service. I want to see this list. True, most of them are dead, but they probably have children to inherit their guilt.

1940 -- London: 400 German aircraft preform surgical strikes, delivering ordanence.

1941 -- The day after the Jap attack on Pearl Harbor, called the "Day of Infamy," a US declaration of war against Japan (but not Germany, praise Jesus) is passed by Congress, & the US formally enters World War II. Representative Jeanettem Rankin casts the only vote in Congress against American entry into World War II.

1963 -- Ku Klux Klan members attack home of a black voter-registration worker in Dawson, Georgia with small arms fire & at least one dynamite bomb. Tisk tisk all you want, wussy moderates, but remember that blacks vote democrat.

1969 -- US: Los Angeles police raid local Black Panther Party offices.

1979 -- US: The Oneida Nation files suit in an effort to regain control of the three million acres "illegally" taken by New York state. Just another attempt by liberals to use lawyers to steal historial inevitability.

1980 -- John Lennon permanently loses his voice. The socialist "bigger than Jesus" mongrel-maker was neutralized by several finger-pulls (guns don't kill people, people kill people). Good thing he was in (then) gun control free America - when George Harrison was attacked in anti-gun socialist police state Britain, he recieved only minor wounds.

1983 -- Demanding an end to nuclear weapons, Norman Mayer held the Washington Monument "hostage" (the pansy gun grabber refused to bring actual explosives). After 10 hours, police kill him, and baby Jesus smiles.

1983 -- US: Continuing his tradition of holiday season sensitivity, a well-fed Ed Meese scoffs at the notion that the Reagan administration's policies are unnecessarily cruel to the poor. "I think some people are going to soup kitchens voluntarily. I know we've had considerable information that people go to soup kitchens because the food is free & that that's easier than paying for it. ... I think that they have money." Hear hear!

1986: Patrick Buchanan castigates the Republican party for failing to defend Reagan, and asserts that North's accomplishment of giving Iranian money to the Contras makes the arms-for-hostages trade a worthwhile achievement.

1987 -- Protestor Hatem Abu Sisseh, 16, killed by Israeli soldiers, igniting the "Intifadah" for "self-rule". In the 7 years to follow 1,306 Palestinians slain by Israelis, 192 Israelis killed by Palestinians. Why do ragheads and christ-killers get to kill each other but when Christians give a well-deserved neutralization it's a "hate crime"?

1988 -- Air Force A-10 Thunderbolt II rams into a Remscheid, West Germany suburb on a training flight. The pilot & five people on the ground are killed, & a fire is ignited, destroying two dozen homes. Lots of liberal gun-grabbers whine.

On the same day President Reagan holds his last press conference, for a total of fewer than six per year throughout his Presidency. He still blames Congress and past Democratic presidents for budget deficits, even after eight years.

1995 -- Accidental leakage at a fast breeder nuclear reactor in Monju, Japan, calls into question the future of Japan's extensive high-tech nuclear energy program. So what if Japs get killed by radiation - just give them a medal and call it kamakazie.
