locating a lost love's walk
waiting for the swiftness of you
airy man in motion

dead woman dreams
like a cracked egg
walks the dark
into blackness
on a sidewalk that goes on forever

dead woman dabbles
in sorrow
that shapes you from sky
you are the billion stars
held in her arms

dead woman denies
her magic
believes she might be crazy
that witchery
is just an excuse for insanity.
