Volcano
The cold creeps around my thin shell
It seeps into all my pores
It knows how to render the warm waterfalls
That flow rapidly down the smooth gourge
The turbulent waters dilute the red dripping puddles
That appear after they dry up
They grow larger and longer
Forced to grow by the silver lightening
Opening the sinister wounds with every strike
This is senseless madness
It can't stop until I'm through
Deliver me from this darkened sea
That overpowered nothing and carried it away
No one will notice and will suspect everything
The mountain has crumbled to the ground
No more waterfalls will ever flow
They don't care because they never appreciated
No one will ever know
Why that volcano did blow?
